$50 to $100 may seem like a lot in the beginning, but it can save you $1000’s in the long run. Cheap inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason why they’re cheap. Most cheap inspectors disclose that they won’t go into the attic, they won’t tell you if you have fogged windows and most, only break down there report between interior and exterior instead of a room by room report.

We find more defects than our competition. The end result is that you save more money. Most contracts allow negotiations with the seller to make repairs.     • The home inspection process usually takes about 2-4 hours depending on the square footage and condition of the home. We will be doing a visual inspection looking for safety, function and structure concerns. We do a free visual assessment for mold but keep in mind we can’t see under the floors or behind the walls.    The only sure way to know if you have mold is to do an air quality test.
