Cheap VS Quality

The Bitterness of  Poor Quality Remains Long After The Sweetness of The Cheap Price Is Forgotten!

$50 to $100 may seem like a lot in the beginning, but it can save you $1000’s in the long run. Cheap inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason why they’re cheap. Most cheap inspectors disclose that they won’t go into the attic, they won’t tell you if you have fogged windows and most, only break down there report between interior and exterior instead of a room by room report.

We find more defects than our competition. The end result is that you save more money. Most contracts allow negotiations with the seller to make repairs. So the more defects we find as your home inspector the more money you save. This also means we may charge a little more than most of our competitors.

Be Sure And Make Your Decision With ” Certainty”

What Part of a Quality Home Inspection do you NOT want for your family when you order a cheap inspection compared to a quality home inspection?

WARNING:

  • Be very careful if you order from a cheap inspector ($160-$195), a cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you’ll ever buy, it may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.
  • Cheap home inspectors provide you with a 10-15 page report compared to our 20-50 page report.

If you want CHEAP than you need to call a different home inspection company BUT if you want an affordable, very thorough and QUALITY REPORT from a home inspection company that will, if safe,  go into the attic and crawl the crawlspace, walk the roof surface, then Certainty Home Inspections is what you’re looking for!!!

Do you want to know what you get with Certainty?
