The main things I valued in your inspection were the thoroughness of your inspection process from roof to attic to basement and from structural to electric to plumbing and more. Also, it was quite helpful to receive your summary presentation at the end of the inspection backed up by your computer presentation with photo. Finally, your well organized binder which documented the inspection and which included the report in electronic form on a CD provided a record for long term reference.
